Dates and deadlines

15 March 2010 - Abstract submission. An extended abstract of 2-3 pages (incl. figures, tables, refs…) in English should be sent via e-mail to geoenv10@ugent.be by 1 March 2010. The abstracts should be sufficiently clear to facilitate selection by the Organizing Committee.
15 May 2010 - Notification of abstract acceptance
30 June 2010 – End of early registration, with deadline for payment 15 July 2010
23 August 2010 - Deadline for receipt of registration forms, with deadline for payment 1 September 2010
At conference – Full paper submission deadline
2-3 months after conference – referee comments sent to authors
